With the first login into Trendradar, the user agrees that his personal data, which he voluntarily provides as part of the use of Trendradar (“User Data”), will be processed by 4strat GmbH. This includes username, e-mail address, name, surname and any actions taken by the user in Trendradar provided with a time stamp. This user data is processed for the purpose of surveys and their results, analysis, evaluation, documentation and retained in the system for as long as the respective user account exists. If necessary, the user data will be transferred to support@4strat.de for supporting services to maintain the operation of Trendradar (IT operations management and IT support) as well as to the relevant authorities within the framework of their legal jurisdiction and passed on to any legal counsel. Consent is necessary to manage the user in Trendradar.
This consent can be revoked at any time by e-mail to 4strat GmbH, Boxhagener Straße 77-78, 10245 Berlin, Germany. The revocation does not affect the legality of the processing of data which has taken place prior to that point. Additionally, the user has the right to information from 4strat GmbH about the personal data in question, as well as a right to correct, delete or to restrict the processing and to object to the processing, to Data portability and to complain to the competent supervisory authority.
The user is also advised that he has the necessary rights (especially copyrights) to feed data into Trendradar. 4strat GmbH excludes any liability for infringements resulting from content fed into Trendradar by the user.
